Sold me a 75k dollar car promised me the world and then wanted me to tow my car to them when it wouldn't start refused to give me a loaner. Oh and the best part they told my wife this will keep happening because she needs to drive the Tahoe more?? So if you want a Tahoe that doesn't start every other day because we are not driving it "long distances" then I would go somewhere else. The service manager was upset with me for asking questions , but perhaps he could take a second to understand I am upset my 75k dollar Tahoe I purchased 5 months ago doesn't start and I am being told tough luck go rent a car and this is going to continue! If you sort the 1 stars you will find this to be a trend with this place! Heather in sales is awesome however give her a raise!

We had a great experience trading in our 2013 Traverse for the 2023 Traverse. Mona Saad was our Sales person who happened to be our Sales person for the 2013 Traverse. She worked with us in tracking down a model that my wife loves to drive. She also worked with us to get the most discounts possible, and working with us to navigate some of the issues we had with some of the administration paperwork (even going as far as redoing the paperwork the day we arrived to finalize out purchase). Bruce Bieritz was very helpful while dealing with setting up all the financials, even when the iPad was not working smoothly during the review process and signatures phase.

I have been searching for the best price that was available on either a 2024 or 2025 C8 Corvette, and I would settle for a LT 1. Well, found what I was looking for style, color as well as a good price, I had a conversation with. sales person whom invited me to come visit the dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesperson Ms.Eilish Thomas who welcomed me with a warm firm hand shake, ensuring me that I have come to the right place. Not only was I given the GM employee family price, Costco discount and a BONUS DISCOUNT. I was floored; not only did I get one great price, but I also receives the family type fellowship from Eillish as well as a warm wonderful service from the financial manager. Eillish had me in and out within two hours I was driving my beautiful 2025 C8 Corvette. I was so happy that I drove it all day and night on the first day, and all day and night on the second day. I had gone to another Chevy dealership and the salesman there did not listen to me & attempted to get me to purchase an Equinox that he said was what HE felt I needed. I obviously left without purchasing the Equinox (although it was a nice car) & a couple of days later while driving down Ford Road I felt compelled to pull into Gordon Chevrolet when I was passing by. I am SO very glad that I did! As I was looking around their used car lot I was approached by Kyle Hunt and he listened to my wants/needs/concerns and within 1/2 hour he helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a 2020 Trax from them and their Finance Manager, Dave Finegold, went above & beyond to get me a loan. I have poor credit and was told by the other dealership that I would never be able to obtain a loan but Dave made it happen & I will forever be grateful to Kyle & Dave for making the process quick & painless! Thanks, guys!

Mu husband flew from Ny for $300 to pick up a Colorado 2019 her was promised had zero problems. On the drive home it had the Chevy shake, thee are class action suits and it is known in the industry’s that 2015-2019 have transmission problems. There is not way that it wasn’t traded in for that reason and that there service department didn’t know about it. So instead of them replacing the transmission under warranty they hope a local dealer will. And even then there are problems. So we have to pay another $400 in flight and gas to return it and we will see if they give us all our money back. I hope the do not sell anyone else this car without changing transmission and disclosing it to the next buyer. If you buy a house things like this have to be disclosed. Their rating are good and Kyle was so nice and said he would help us get it fixed but a 9 hour drive one way and flight, time and money for unhealthy people with a very tight budget, he should have known and said it has the Chevy shake. Google it. They are a dear Ls hip. We are crying and depressed and in great debt because this wasn’t disclosed. Let’s hope they return our deposit and rip up the contract. Do not buy from a dealer who doesn’t disclose a transmission thwt ehakes and has class action lawyer suits against it. Also I asked on phone to see specifics on interest rate and w1s told about 5 percent and it’s good. When contract was sat down with it was 5.99 , big difference. Could have gotten it elsewhere cheaper but at this point he wanted to drive the 8 hours home on no sleep.Kyle was so nice after we discover problem half way home and freaked out but nice got us nothing. He said he would make sure it got fixed but w lemon is a lemon and you can’t tell me that a Chevrolet dealership doesn’t know they are lemons . I would have preferred discloses than nice. So now we lost days, money, energy, time and stress and have to share a car while looking for a car under pressure.

My wife & I took our 2006 Malibu Maxx SS in to inquire about some warranty paint work. We had been toying with the idea of buying a new used car, wondering if we could use the Maxx & our 2002 Impala as trade ins. Steve readily offered to get us an appraisal on both vehicles. We were both impressed immediately with his professional & friendly manor, and felt at ease. While he was getting that done , we took a test ride in a used Impala & were pleased with the comfort, quietness, and cleanliness of the car. After getting back & talking with Steve, we were also pleased with the first appraisals but were thinking maybe he could do a little better. We also were hoping for a little better on the price, so Steve went to work for us. In the end we ended up trading in both cars, bought the Impala, and walked out feeling that we absolutely got a fair deal. I will recommend Steve to any of my friends who might be looking for a used car. As this was our third purchase from Gordon Chevy, we would also recommend the entire dealership as well. He took extra steps in making sure that the vehicle I chose was fully detailed and misc. paint chips were touched up before I left the lot with the car.

My husband and I purchased a very nice used Cadillac from Steve Nissen yesterday (06/21/2011. I felt this rating was the least I could do for Steve to show how much we appreciated his help. Steve is professional, very helpful and not pushy like most sales people. He makes a living selling cars but does not make this the deciding factor, he truly tries to do what is best for the buyer. I felt very at ease and could tell Steve knew what he was talking about. We spent about 2 hours with him and feel we have known him for years. I bought a 2019 Trax and with less than 35,000 mile on it, the AC compressor started to breakdown. The service mgr basically said tough luck and refused to do anything about it. Wouldn't even offer me the local GM office number to complain. Spoke with GM and they had the same attitude and suggested i try Gordon again, I called and talked with the Service mgr and explained my situation and the fact that i am a very loyal customer who bought 2 cars from them, 3 months apart and have brought them in for service, Meant nothing to him. The best he would offer was a small discount. Still would cost me over $1000 to fix the problem. What a bunch of crap. Loyalty means nothing to this dealership. They have the power to absorb this cost and/or take it up with GM directly; they chose not to. Clearly this part was defective and should have not have happened to a car with less than 35,000 miles. Don't bother with this dealership, they cant be trusted.

🚨DO NOT BUY FROM NICK VITALE @ GORDON CHEVROLET 31850 Ford Rd, Garden City, MI 48135 He is a very unprincipled & untrustworthy man. I am a resident of Louisiana and was shopping to purchase a truck in Detroit, Michigan with NICK VITALE. I’ve been conversing with NICK VITALE for about a week or more on the purchase of a Chevrolet Silverado. It’s was a bit of task @ times because of the way I work I rarely had time to be on the phone to speak with him. So I relied on text messages as much as possible until I was able to verbally speak with him. After coming up with figures that I was in agreement with NICK VITALE asked when can I take delivery of my new truck. It was supposedly removed from the sales lot & placed in the back. In exchange for my word that I was for sure coming to get the truck he asked me to send him proof of insurance & my flight itinerary,I secured both, the insurance plus flight and sent him the info. He kept asking did I get the flight for Tuesday May 31 2022. The very 1st time I spoke to him, he asked when can I come to the store, I explained to him the best day for me to travel was on fridays because of my jobs and he understood so he asks again was my flight for Tuesday 5/31/22. I informed him the the cost of a ticket on 5/31/22 was $286 but on my day of travel it would have been $62. I continued on telling him I also had a 16 1/2 hour drive back to my house and that extra cash would be used for gas. I asked him if we were good.. his reply was YES SIR!. This is where he stopped communicating with me. I texted him to reassure that he would pick me up from the airport and to my surprise, my number had been placed on his BLOCKED LIST!!! I attempted to call him several times around 9a 5/28/22 and it went directly to his voicemail so I figured, being that the store was closed for the holiday until Tuesday 5/31/22 he didn’t conduct work business during his off time. Again Truly Sorry Kevin.“then he puts my number directly back on his BLOCKED LIST so I can’t contact him in regards to his cowardly actions. I purchased insurance for that truck & a 1 way flight to Detroit from Louisiana & he was t man enough to tell me the truck was sold and without reasoning. But being the person that I am I already had him figured. He need to make sale before days end on 5/31/22!! Came in October 13,2025 for my new trax, which the Engine
Came in October 13,2025 for my new trax, which the Engine light came on so bought it in and they needed to order the part and I had spoken to him the same day, which they ordered the part but never heard from them to bring the car back in for the fuel filler neck to be put on, my car will not start without the engine light on and it is getting cold outside I would like to start my car from inside the house, not to go outside and start it. Still haven't heard from them about my part.
