Fantastic service, speedy and accurate transaction.
Everything went well, got the car that I wanted and for the price I wanted. The only thing I was confused about is that I had one payment left on my lease and was well under my miles like 10,000 under so I wouldn't have had to turn it in early and roll over a payment. I had said that when I was contacted about getting into a new car by the end of this month and was told that they could do pull ahead or sometime the mangers will cover the last payment, but yet when I came in they rolled it over into my new payment and when I asked they said that the discounts and incentives cover that. But then I could have waited to not have anymore payment and use all the incentives and had a bit cheaper payment. I didn't like being told one thing and the other happened. Especially since I wasn't close to miles and actually paid for extra miles on my other lease.

On October 20th we were scheduled to leave on an extended trip. After packing the vehicle, it failed to start, wouldn’t take a jump, so I contacted Gordon Chevrolet. Had the vehicle towed to the dealership, and explained my predicament to the service advisor, Edward J Kasprzyk. It was all ready after noon, and they were quite busy, but Ed told me that he would try his very best to get me in. Ed contacted me in about three hours to let me know that they had found the problem and just needed my okay on the repair. Because of Ed and the Service Dept., we were able to keep our hotel reservation, and be on the road that afternoon. I didn’t receive a survey, or at least I didn’t see it, so I wanted to send this message to thank Mr Kasprzyk, and the entire service dept. for their kindness, and efficiency. We were gone for two months, and I wanted to make sure they were recognized and know we really appreciate their efforts.
Rick is the man! He’s very truthful and an outgoing person. Leased a white Chevy Trax on 12/21 and got an amazing deal. Will come back and conduct business again in the future!
