I’m able to use my points for oil changes and the staff always make sure I am informed of how many points I have to use for services. I had an engine light come on Alex, kept me informed throughout the process and they gave me a loaner for the duration of my service. Service isn’t complete yet, but I really like this dealership everyone I’ve come in contact with in the service department is super friendly and helpful.
Dustin was very helpful and kind during my oil change! He made it quick and easy. He got the job done right, which is what matters most and all I could have asked for. Ask for him if possible!

No waiting they checked me in immediately and explained what they were going to do and pointed me to the waiting room where I had a cup of coffee. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated at 2:00. Arrived at 1:55. My car was finished and I left around 3:45. I would be shocked to learn that there is more than .5hrs of labor (I would assume probably more like .1 or .2). So not sure what the point of making an appointment is if you have to wait almost 2 hours anyways. But it seems like the tires did get rotated, so that was good.
My first service at Gordon Chevrolet was free, so I didn't have to pay anything! Gordon Chevrolet is my favorite dealership!

Came in October 13,2025 for my new trax, which the Engine light came on so bought it in and they needed to order the part and I had spoken to him the same day, which they ordered the part but never heard from them to bring the car back in for the fuel filler neck to be put on, my car will not start without the engine light on and it is getting cold outside I would like to start my car from inside the house, not to go outside and start it. I took my vehicle in because it overheated the day before. Wait wasn’t too bad before getting truck in for maintenance even though I was 45 minutes early. After maintenance (just an oil change) truck was parked just over 20 minutes with no word to us. Then was told vehicle was completed but vehicle was not washed. Was told when temps get below 20 degrees they can’t was cars because brushes freeze and scratch cars. The last time had maintenance done (warranty issue repair three times!) the car wash was broken. Service writer was nice and tried up selling which I expected. Free coffee…pleasant waiting area.

My car was totaled in a rear end collision. Talk about stressful a week before Christmas. I found a vehicle I fell in love with in pics so I went to look at it. Steve Nissen came out and talked with us about the car and we took it for a ride. Loved it even more. He was the greatest. We talked all the numbers and I told him about the accident and that I was settling up with insurance the next day. He took care of everything and made me feel so relaxed and at ease.
I always feel very comfortable getting service at Gordon Chevrolet. The gentleman who takes care of me John is awesome. I had things that were overdue on my Tahoe, and at my oil change he gave me a nice list-later I looked up how important they were. Sold me a 75k dollar car promised me the world and then wanted me to tow my car to them when it wouldn't start refused to give me a loaner. Oh and the best part they told my wife this will keep happening because she needs to drive the Tahoe more?? I bought a 2019 Trax and with less than 35,000 mile on it, the AC compressor started to breakdown. The service mgr basically said tough luck and refused to do anything about it. Wouldn't even offer me the local GM office number to complain. The dealership is good. But, the last couple times using the service department I feel like they haven't taken care of me very well. Don't know if the service advisors have too much on their plate or what, but poor communication on updates of what needs to be done. Other than warranty work, I may be done using them
We drove 1.5 hours to check out a truck and Nick Vitale helped us! He was so kind and patient with our needs. He had great communication and was very personable. I highly recommend him and this dealership it was one of the best experiences I ever had. Thanks for the new truck Nick! Kids love it!
